By creating an account or using Saudi Vision AI, you agree to these terms. We know nobody enjoys reading legal text, so we've tried to keep it human and clear. Please read it anyway, it matters.
1. Who Can Use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You also confirm that using an auto trading platform is lawful in your country of residence. Saudi Vision AI is designed primarily for users in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don't share your password or two-factor codes with anyone, including people claiming to be from our team (we'll never ask). If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep it up to date.
3. Trading Risk

Trading financial instruments involves real risk. The AI improves your odds of making informed decisions, but it cannot and does not guarantee profits. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose. This is the single most important thing on this page.
4. What We Provide (and What We Don't)
Saudi Vision AI provides software tools and an AI-powered trading engine. We do not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or guarantees of returns. The strategies you select and the risk levels you set are your decisions. We give you the tools; you stay in control.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
You can fund your account and withdraw your available balance subject to our verification and security checks. We process most withdrawals within 24 hours. We may apply reasonable limits or hold transactions where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade restrictions.
- Use automated scripts or bots beyond the platform's own tools.
Breaking these rules may result in suspension or closure of your account.
7. Fees
Our fee structure is shown transparently within the platform before you commit to anything. We don't believe in hidden charges buried in fine print. If a fee applies, you'll see it clearly.
8. Intellectual Property
The Saudi Vision AI platform, its software, branding, and signature tools (such as VisionScan and RiskGuard) are our property. You may use them as intended, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saudi Vision AI is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as market volatility or third-party service failures.
10. Changes & Termination
We may update these terms from time to time; significant changes will be communicated to you. You can close your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
